This is not a love story, this is a story about growing up, leaving home, making friends and stopping your mother from blackmailing them.

Scarlet is off to university. She’s trying to leave behind the strained relationship with her narcissistic mother, who wants her to find a rich older woman to marry.

Then Scarlet meets Dr Rhys Hunter, the head of the psychology department. Will her mother get what she wants after all?  Remember, this is not a love story.
