Emma Wallis - Author
About
Emma currently works in promotion and engagement for a publicly funded wellbeing organisation. She has a degree in Criminology from the University of Brighton. As well as working in several libraries she has also worked in a warehouse, a supermarket and a prison. She lives on the South Coast of England with her daughter and their two sausage dogs.

Emma has written a series of educational LGBT children’s books which explain how different types of families have children.
​
Emma's first adult novel This is Not a Love Story was published on 8th October 2020.
It achieved the runner up place in the Lesfic Bard Awards in the Debut Author category.
​
Since then Emma has written a selection of activity books for both adults and children, had several short stories published, and complied the charity anthology The Weston-Super-Anthology 2021.
